Schedules are always subject to change because of weather or other unforeseen factors.
Weeknight Closures and Restrictions – April 15-19, 2024
1. Completed – Southbound 32nd Street will be closed between Elwood and Wood streets from 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, to 4 a.m. Thursday, April 18, for paving. At the same time, the westbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street will be closed. Use the westbound off-ramp at 24th Street instead.
Southbound detour: Use northbound 32nd Street to eastbound University Drive to southbound 40th Street to westbound Broadway Road to access 32nd Street south of the closure.
Reminder: The eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street will be closed into June. Use the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 40th Street instead.
2. Completed – The northbound SR 143 on-ramp at University Drive will be closed from 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, to 4 a.m. Thursday, April 18, for sign work. Use the northbound SR 143 on-ramp at Washington Street instead.
3. The westbound I-10 ramp to eastbound US 60 will be closed from 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18, to 4 a.m. Friday, April 19, for barrier work. Use westbound I-10 to westbound Broadway Road to eastbound I-10 to access eastbound US 60.
4. Canceled – Eastbound I-10 will be narrowed to two lanes between 40th and 48th streets from 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, to 5 a.m. Thursday, April 18, for bridge work.
5. Canceled – The eastbound I-10 off-ramp at Baseline Road will be closed from 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, to 5 a.m. Thursday, April 18, and again from 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18, to 5 a.m. Friday, April 19, for bridge work. Use the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at Elliot Road instead.
Weekend Closures and Restrictions – April 19-22, 2024
1. The westbound I-10 ramp to eastbound US 60 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, April 19, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for paving. Use westbound I-10 to westbound Broadway Road to eastbound I-10 to access eastbound US 60.
2. Southbound 32nd Street will be closed between I-10 and Wood Street from 8 p.m. Friday, April 19, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for ramp reconfiguration work. At the same time, drivers will only be able to make a right turn from the westbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street.
Southbound detour: Use northbound 32nd Street to eastbound University Drive to southbound 40th Street to westbound Broadway Road to access 32nd Street south of the closure.

3. Westbound I-10 will be narrowed to two lanes between US 60 and 24th Street from 3 a.m. Saturday, April 20, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for bridge work.
4. The southbound SR 143 ramp to westbound I-10 will be closed from 3 a.m. Saturday, April 20, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for bridge work. At the same time, the westbound I-10 on- and off-ramps at 40th Street will be closed. Use the westbound I-10 on- and off-ramps at 32nd Street instead.
5. Westbound US 60 will be narrowed to one lane between Priest Drive and I-10 from 3 a.m. Saturday, April 20, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for bridge work.
6. Canceled – Westbound I-10 will be narrowed to three lanes between US 60 and 40th Street from 11:59 p.m. Saturday, April 20, to 10 p.m. Sunday, April 21, for barrier work. At the same time, the westbound I-10 off-ramp at 40th Street will be closed. Use the westbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street instead.
7. Canceled – The westbound I-10 on-ramp at Broadway Road will be closed 8 p.m. Sunday, April 21, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for bridge work. Use the westbound I-10 on-ramp at 40th Street instead.
Canceled – Eastbound I-10 will be closed between US 60 and Ray Road from 10 p.m. Friday, April 19, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 22, for sign work and a traffic shift. At the same time, the following ramps will be closed:
The westbound US 60 ramp to eastbound I-10.The HOV ramps connecting I-10 and US 60.The eastbound I-10 on-ramps at Baseline, Elliot and Warner roads.The eastbound US 60 on- and off-ramps at Mill Avenue.
Eastbound I-10 Detour: Use eastbound Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) or eastbound US 60 to southbound Loop 101 (Price Freeway) to westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) to access eastbound I-10 beyond the closure.
West Valley drivers can bypass the closure by using the Loop 202 (South Mountain Freeway). From I-10 and 59th Avenue, travel south and east to connect with I-10 south of Chandler Boulevard.

Eastbound Interstate 10 off-ramp at 32nd Street closed
The eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street closed at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 29, for ramp reconfiguration. This closure is expected to last into June. Use the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 40th Street instead.
Eastbound Interstate 10 connector ramp between 48th Street and Broadway Road closed
The eastbound I-10 connector ramp between 48th Street and Broadway Road closed permanently at 10 p.m. on Friday, March 22, so crews can build the new eastbound I-10 ramp to northbound State Route 143. Use southbound 48th Street to access Broadway Road instead.
